The South African Council for Graduates (SACGRA) has called for the hosting of the Annual District Development Model (DDM) Conference. SACGRA serves as the custodian of the DDM annual conference and has set the goal to secure partners, create a dialogue, share best practices and assist local government leaders, practitioners, thought leaders and communities to put the country first.

This serves as a discussion document prepared for the purpose of hosting the 1st Annual District Development Model Conference in July 3, 4, & 5, 2023. It shall serve as a guide for the partners, sponsors, speakers, facilitators and delegates to the conference and clarify the purpose of the conference and expected outcomes.
